COACHING PROGRAM
A coaching program begins with a 90-minute intake conversation where we learn as much as possible about your current way of being and your goals. Together, we decide upon the precise topic we will be working on.
This is followed by an offer from the coach proposing metaphors that we will use to achieve your development objectives. Various self-observation exercises and practices are then designed (in a process of co-creation) to strengthen the muscles you need to work on to meet your goals. This generally includes 3-5 cycles of development, with three-week intervals between meetings, and daily exercises that are documented in a coaching journal. A final meeting takes place to conclude the process and enable you to fully and independently embody the progress made going forward.
Meetings between coach and client are held every two to three weeks and are completely confidential.
TIMELINE
A coaching program can take between three and six months.
A commitment of 10-15 minutes per day is required in order to do the practices, which a key to the success of the program.
COST
A full coaching program costs around $2500
(discounts available under some circumstances).
Receipts for professional development are provided.

This work can involve reviewing drafts, preparing documents or facilitating processes that you do not have time to do, or just simply acting as a sounding board with experience and insight. I have extensive background in policy change and advocacy and can even advise on the specifics of a campaign or project.
I offer an experienced ear, a strategic approach, and an ability to give you confidence in your decisions when you are not sure what is the right thing to do.

CONDENSED INTEGRAL COACHING PROGRAM
My certificate in Integral Coaching Fundamentals enables me to offer a lighter version of the coaching program described above. While it does not go into the same depth as a full program, it uses many of the same techniques and can provide you with an opportunity to experience coaching in a couple of sessions at considerably less cost.
